Payment
Baboon Coffee receives payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, Mastercard and MobilePay. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.
There is no additional charge for payment with cards in the Baboon Coffee webshop.

The money will only be raised when we ship the item.

All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT.

Security with debit cards
It’s as safe to shop over the internet with Dankort and international credit cards as in a regular store. However, misuse of the card may occur if others become aware of the card number, expiry date or three check digits to be disclosed at the time of purchase. Therefore, to prevent abuse, you should not show or give the card to others. It is also a good idea to check bank statements from the bank where you can see if the card has been misused.

Baboon Coffee uses Epay as a payment solution, and therefore payment is made through a secure SSL solution.

Delivery
Baboon Coffee delivers on every weekday.

Delivery is with DAO, GLS or pickup locally – by agreement and we will ship all packages no later than 2 days after the order has been received.
Delivery time with DAO and GLS is usually 2-3 days.

The shipping cost is 37 DKK (including VAT) with DAO and 43 DKK (including VAT) with GLS.
Orders over 400 kr. Do not pay freight.

 

Confidentiality
You always have the opportunity to know what information we hold about you. Simply send an email to us and provide your name and address. You will receive an email within 10 days about what information we hold about you. If you wish to delete this information, it must be clearly stated by your mail.

We do not disclose information to third parties. The data you provide when shopping with us is considered confidential and is not disclosed under any circumstances.

Cookies
This website uses so-called cookies.
The use of cookies is done to ensure that you can shop comfortably with us. When you place items in your cart, this information is stored in a cookie on your own computer.
If your browser is unable to handle cookies or you have disabled them, unfortunately you can not shop through our webshop. You can see the rest of our website but do not use the web store.

Warranty
As a customer you have two years’ right to claim the goods after receipt of the goods.
This, of course, means that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen due to incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior. It must be advertised within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect of the item. If advertised within 2 months after the defect has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

Because of the sale of coffee, there is a natural expiration date on the product, and therefore there is no right of claim beyond the expiry date which may be found on the product.

You must pay freight ifm. complaint.
When you return the item, please provide a description of the error.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by improper operation of the product / service.

There is no return on food! But if a coffee does not meet your expectations, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll find a solution.

Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days of right of withdrawal under the Consumer Agreement Act. The period is counted from the day you receive the order. Cancellation must be notified to us within 14 days after the purchase and from the cancellation must be returned within 14 days of returning the shipment.
The notification shall be given per mail at mail@babooncoffee.dk. In the message, please let us know clearly that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

The item must be returned in original packaging with original marks and in the same condition as it was received.

There is no return on food! So if you have opened the coffee bag, it can NOT be returned. However, if it is a complaint, please read the section above about the complaint.

You must pay the return charge for the item returned. The purchase price will be credited to your account within 14 days. Please provide information about your name, order / invoice number, and you want the money back. If you regret your purchase, the purchase price will of course be refunded to you by transfer to your bank account once we have returned the item and checked that it meets the cancellation policy. It is therefore important that we provide your registration number and account number.
